After receipt of the report, the whistleblower will first receive an acknowledgement of receipt from the lawyer of trust. The report is then legally checked thoroughly and systematically for potential violations of the rules. After three months at the latest, the whistleblower then receives a report on the further procedure.

Whistleblowers generally demonstrate their loyalty to the company through their reports and deserve appropriate protection.
Every whistleblower is subject to the whistleblower protection guaranteed by the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)! In this context, we assure not to take any action to identify anonymous whistleblowers. Furthermore, any disadvantages suffered by named whistleblowers will not be tolerated by the company.
